Social Media for Architects: What’s Working Now
Most firms are posting content that looks the same and, increasingly, is AI-generated. This session cuts through the noise to show what’s actually resonating with architecture and design audiences today. Amy Golden and Paige Childs of Paxson Fay will share practical, real-world strategies for turning your projects, team culture, and design process into a sustainable content engine that supports your firm’s bottom line, without adding hours to your week.
What You’ll Learn
You’ll walk away with:
- A better understanding of today’s social media landscape
- A realistic framework for building a social strategy, even with limited time
- Five content pillars every firm can use, and how to repurpose one project into a full content campaign
- How to measure what’s working, and how to avoid the most common mistakes
Who Should Attend
This session is ideal for AEC professionals who support their firm’s marketing, communications, business development, and brand visibility, including:
- Marketing and Communications professionals
- Firm Administrators and Operations professionals involved in marketing
- Business Development professionals
- Principals and firm leaders

About Paxson Fay
Paxson Fay is a communications agency specializing in architecture, design, and the creative industries. For over a decade, we’ve helped architecture and design firms tell their stories, reach new audiences, and establish lasting visibility through thoughtful PR, social media, and strategic communications.
Our work celebrates the people and ideas shaping the built environment—from emerging studios completing their first landmark projects to established firms redefining what’s possible in their markets. We understand the rhythms of an architecture practice: the long arc of a project, the gap between completion and publication, and the particular challenge of translating the depth of design thinking into stories that resonate with editors, clients, and the public alike.
Rooted in curiosity and collaboration, we approach every partnership with the same purpose: to champion the passions of good people doing good work.
