J.U.S.T 3.0 Certification & Annual Meeting (SDA PNW Chapter)

Living Future is on a mission for a healthier world, including the social, economic, and relational aspects of work. From what we buy to who we elevate in leadership, from compensation to learning opportunities – the Just label gives organizations a framework to evaluate the social equity and opportunities in the workplace.  Many architecture, engineering, and design firms have pursued the Just label, thanks in large part to their administrative staff.  What does this work look like?

Join us to hear from Living Future Senior Manager, Griso Barrios, for an Introduction to Just and a candid conversation on how admins can set themselves and their companies up for success in pursuit of Just.

This program is for:

• Firm Owners and Principals evaluating the effort and benefit of pursing a Just label.
• Finance Managers responsible for sensitive information such as salary levels.
• HR and Office Managers seeking to understand the policy writing and data collection aspect of Just.
• Architects and Engineers who want to champion the Just program in their offices.
• SDA Members who have completed a Just label to enrich the discussion.

In a short, virtual presentation, Chapter President EB Meyer will re-cap the year and share the Board’s top insights as Quarter 4 draws to a close. Members will be voting on the proposed Slate of Candidates for 2027.  Our chapter is as strong as our members: whether you have been a member for 20 years or 20 days, we hope to see you at the Business Meeting.

Meet the Presenter: Griso Barrios, Living Future Senior Manager

Griso brings her background in education and social work to her work on the Just program.  Her primary focus is introducing organizations to the Just program and welcoming them to the Just community as participants navigate through the level submission process. From big picture to documentation details, Griso is an incredible resource and kind sounding-board for A/E/C admins working through Just.
