DESCRIPTION:The world feels heavy – and many of us are still expected to show up\, focus\, and perform at work as if nothing is happening. \nIn this interactive session\, we will explore practical\, accessible ways to stay grounded\, emotionally steady\, and productive when the chaos around us feels overwhelming. \nWe will look at why constant exposure to distressing information leaves us emotionally hijacked\, how focusing on what we can control restores clarity\, and specific tools that help you care deeply without burning out or shutting down.
