Contract language can be tricky, and if you aren’t a lawyer then terms like indemnity and subrogation may seem foreign. Duty to defend? Limits on liability? What should we be looking for when we prepare a contract for a new project? We’re bringing in an expert who can walk us through these sections and give tips for editing an agreement to be fair and insurable.
